At the end of each coaching session, the participant will be given clear action steps or tasks to complete or implement before the next meeting to help maintain momentum and ensure accountability in achieving the set goals.
The program begins with assessment of the participants current abilities, challenges, and goals. Both the coach and the participant will work together to define clear, measurable objectives to focus on the entire time. Based on the initial assessment, the coach will create a tailored coaching plan that addresses the specific needs of the participant. The plan will outline key areas for development, action steps, and timelines. The participant will meet the coach at schedule intervals mostly virtually as would be agreed upon by both parties either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
